Introduction
This Fair Use Policy outlines the acceptable use of Fusion Pro desktop licenses issued by Nexa Systems Inc. Our goal is to provide flexibility for legitimate users while preventing license abuse and ensuring fair access for all customers.
By activating a Fusion Pro license, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy applies to all license types including Trial, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise licenses.
1 Machine Activation Limits
Each Fusion Pro license allows activation on a limited number of machines based on your license type:

Single Instance Limitation
Only one instance of Fusion Pro may run per license at any given time. If you attempt to use the software on a second machine while it's active on another, you will be prompted to log out the first machine before proceeding.

To prevent license abuse while allowing legitimate flexibility, we enforce the following machine switching limits:

Resets on January 1st
What Counts as a Machine Switch?
- Deactivating on one machine and activating on a different machine
- Force-logging out another machine to use on a new device
- Switching between the same machines repeatedly (e.g., home ↔ office)
What Does NOT Count as a Switch?

- Offline mode operation on an already-activated machine
